Come to play, stay for the warmth

Villa Scottsdale is a group retreat built for families, friends and teams who want to stay together. Spend the day between the pickleball court, the putting green and the heated pool, then gather around the outdoor fireplace or the hot tub after dark.
Inside, a bright Southwestern design, two living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, a hidden game room and a private gym give everyone room to connect, relax and recharge.
The backyard
Plenty to do without leaving the yard. Most groups say the backyard is why they came back.
A full-size court with a basketball hoop at one end, so it doubles as a half-court for pickup games.
Travertine surround, cushioned chaise loungers, an outdoor shower, and a bin of pool floats ready to go.
A tournament-style table right beside the court, now under a new covered pergola added since these photos were taken.
Real slopes and breaks, with sand and water hazards to play around.
Tucked under a pergola and a big pine, a few steps from the pool.
An outdoor wood-burning fireplace wrapped in built-in lounge seating.
A large built-in grill and bar-height seating on the covered patio.
Al fresco dining under the covered patio, with ceiling fans and string lights.
A row of chaise loungers and umbrellas along the pool, plus patio sofas and an outdoor projector with pull-down screen for movie nights.

The setting
Villa Scottsdale sits at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in Paradise Valley Village, one of Scottsdale's most sought-after residential neighborhoods, on quiet streets lined with cacti and desert landscaping.
The backyard is fully fenced for privacy. Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are about 10 minutes away, TPC Scottsdale is about 15, and the Loop 101 puts the rest of the Phoenix metro within easy reach.

Indoors
Guests call it the surprise of the house: a high-quality pool table, arcade games, indoor basketball, and karaoke, with a queen loft bed for whoever claims it first.
Guests tell us it ends up being one of their favorite parts of the house.

Room for everyone
Two living areas, including a front living room with a fireplace, plus a dining table that seats the whole group, a poker table for game night, and a fully stocked kitchen with a large island give you 3,900 square feet of shared space.
Inside, the Southwestern design pairs rust and terracotta velvets with dusty-blue sofas, geometric drapes, desert landscape art and shelves of pottery. Every bedroom has its own TV, and two primary suites have en suite bathrooms.

Stay on routine
A treadmill, a full rack of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and yoga mats, so no one has to skip a workout on vacation.
The gym opens directly onto the backyard, and its queen Murphy bed folds down when you need it as a sleeping space.

Kids and dogs welcome
A mini crib, high chair, kids' utensils, step stools, and toddler essentials are already here, plus a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent.
House-trained dogs over one year old are welcome when included in your booking.

Your host
Ginel is an engineer from California who admits to spending a little too much time improving this house. It shows in the details guests mention most: quality linens and furniture, a kitchen that's actually stocked, pool floats waiting by the water, and quick answers when you need something.
Ginel co-hosts with Krisona, so there's always someone close by to help before and during your stay.

We loved our stay!
Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in!!! Ginel was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. There were so many little touches that really took it over the top and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The outside area was perfect and even with a group of 13 we felt like we had so much space and everyone was able to have their own bed. Everything was clean and the decor was beautiful!! We will definitely be coming back!
Ginel's place was perfect. It was clean and cozy with plenty of activities. Ginel was as always very quick to respond if we ever needed anything. I will be back!!
Our family absolutely loved our stay here! You can tell the hosts put so much thought into every detail. Everything was high quality, from the furniture and kitchen supplies to the toiletries. The house truly felt like our own little private resort. We had so much fun with all of the activities, especially the pickleball court, basketball, ping pong, and the pool with all of the floats that were provided. The hidden game room was such a fun surprise too. It was one of our favorite parts of the house with karaoke, a pool table, and plenty of games. This was the perfect place for our family getaway, and we made so many great memories here. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
